CANDIDATE, THE HON. NELSON O. ADEA, LIRA DISTRICT SPEAKER - INDEPENDENT - 4 vie for Oyam South seat: MP by-election scheduled for June 18. Nomination conducted by the district registrar, Robert Beine, saw the NRM flag bearer, Patrick Ogwang Adar, UPC’s Issa Otto and two independent candidates Ruth Adupa and Nelson Adea registering.
